one: try to restore

two: its a deadly proces, first, reset your ipod by holding the menu and center buttons in, as soon as the apple shows, hold reverse and center buttons to boot into diag mode...
then hit menu
scroll down to IO
Go down to dard drive
Then HDspecs
it should say near the end, 27 gb
then reset again
while the apple is showing, hold center and play to enter hdmode
then connect...then RESET
If that doesnt work

three: the ipod blows
or its the usb cable???
TEHE

Attach your cable to the computer and open the ntune and u will see a button add music you click onto it and add which ever song u want to and press ok
Then u press the button synchronize and the song would automatically be transferred

Install what's on the CD first. Read the manual.
