well if i were you i would die my hair brown and grow it out past shoulders. i'm not trying to be mean but you should where makeup that is not the color of the rainbow. where black mascara. go to seventeen.com's beauty secrets for help on makeup. but you have really pretty eyes and skin

First off as everyone else has commented you have extremely beautiful eyes. Green eyes are more rare than blue or brown and the shape of your eyes is very allurring. You have nice lips and a good complexion, the hair is a great color (dyed or natural) but most people like long hair so I'd let it grow longer. I've modeled and dated tons of models. Although young you could actually do quite well in some modeling circles as you have a unique look. But the real question here is why do you think you look ugly?

Your cute. With a little work you could be pretty. Im not talking high maintenance either, a pair of tweezers and the right paleete of makeup. Your eyes are gorgeous and you should really play them up. Your hair should be worn down and surrounding your face. you have strong features that need to be softened a little, which a good hairstyle could do for you. just a thought. but first and foremost, CONFIDENCE. even a not pretty girl can exude something beautiful if she has alot of CONFIDENCE.

I think asking a bunch of strangers that have way too much time on their hands is probably not the best idea, but hey, I'm here answering, right? I don't think you are ugly, but I also think that what defines you in this world has a lot to do with how you feel about yourself. Maybe start by trying more to not feel the way you do about yourself than letting a bunch of people that barely know you define who or what you are.

You have gorgeous eyes, flawless skin, and sexy full lips.
All you need is a more feminine hairstyle and a little makeup.
Go to Glamour Shots and get your picture done; that will help you see your own beauty. (Or go to a different photographer; Glamour Shots is actually pretty expensive!) You will feel good when you have a gorgeous picture of yourself looking your best.

Your eyes really pop, all you need to do is fix those eyebrows (go have them threaded, waxed or DIY) have a nice arch done then you'll be stunning.
