Lots of people are always needing all kinds of things, so if you have some old junk that you need to get rid of and is relatively new or mint condition, put it up on ebay.com and most likely, you'll get a good price for it. Same thing for amazon.com.
2.) Starting your own business with a website
You could start your own website and sell merchendise or other services on there. You can start maybe a t-shirt business, offer a cooking class, have other businesses advertise on there and get the advertising money, and a lot more.
