What if by some freak accident, JK Rowling dies before she finishes the last book?

I think I would die.
Don't say such things. That would be truly horrible.
Luckily she's almost done so we don't have to worry.

It would be trajedy all around. We would lose a good author/person and we'd have to wait until someone was allowed to finish it like maybe Brian Jacques...

she wrote the ending of the last book in 1990... so we would have that and know what happens, but it would be a real shame to miss the adventures!

She has always said she had the last chapter written, so I assume that her family would take what is already there and release it.

I think that she has confided in someone whether or not Harry dies. That's all I care about.

i think its almost done anyway and if it did happen then we would use all of the worlds resources to revive her from here grave after we all cry our eyes out
