Walmart is open now,my husband just called from work. They are only closed on Christmas. I don't know about Target.

YES. I don't know of any store that WON'T be open tomorrow. Only the Goverment offices are closed for sure. Most business will go with "Holiday" hours. Meaning they will close earlier than normal for a Monday.
Most stores will have sales going on tomorrow and they will be busy too.

i dont know about target but i think walmart is only closed on christmas day
