Look at the reasons you want to get a boob job. Plastic surgery is addicting to those people that get it for the wrong reasons. If you think that getting bigger boobs will get you more attention, make you happier, or get you a stable relationship, I would say "no." Because that may be the case for a little while, but not the rest of your life. And do your research, after you get your boobs done, you have to have continual maintenance to keep them "perfect" and if by some chance you get a botched job? That's on you too.
My advise, take a look at why you want to get breast implants, then take a look at your options.

The only reason for this would have to be if its what you want to make yourself feel better. If its an appearance thing, you and many other woman need to realize that the majority of men dont give a **** about a womans breats size, theres a lot more to a woman than that.

Depends on how old you are and which way you want to go. Big boobs on a skinny girl can give you back trouble. You don't want to get one too young either cause you don't know how big you'll end up. Most women gain a cup size after they have a baby.

Its all about personal choice. you need to weigh the benefits and down falls. I have 32 bs and i wanted fake boobs my whole teenage years and i decided not too because i dont want to have ugly results or have to replace them and you will have to replace them eventually when you get them done.

think about why youre doing it before you do. i was blessed/cursed with big ones and it has its good points and its bad. like i hate how i never know if a guy likes me for real or not or how i cant wear clothes without wearing a bra. if youre doing it because you really feel that you need to dont let anyone tell you not to because they dont know how you really feel, but there are better ways of going about it. and dont forget the health risks.
