i have a kingston U3 1 GB data traveller USB but in win 98 not showing up. i removed generic usb driver in device manager and restarted. and put for windows update but says no driver. please tell me exact site name and exact link to download the driver. please dont ask me to google it bcz i have already tried and not found it.

I also own a 1 GB kingston data traveller. It will only work in Windows 98SE or up. If u hv windows 98SE then take out the booklet that came with ur pendrive's package. On it there is a page where instructions(the url) r given on how to download the drivers for WINDOWS 98SE.

Try the site www.kingston.com/drivers

But i recommend use Windows XP or later if u want to take the advantage of ur datatraveller's speed

acording to me kingston datatravelar not work on 98 os.but you cand try this one
as you plug ur datatravelar there is a message found new hardware you just change its option to serch the driver on internet.(you must connected with a good speed internet 2 ur computer)

Dear first of all starts the window and when it runs propertly then put the usb pendrive in it ok.

If it is saved to the website, it does not have to be on your usb. You can use the USb as a regular usb
