Kokomo was written and performed by the Beach Boys for the 1988 movie 'Cocktail'. 'Kokomo' has NEVER been performed with The Muppets. The Beach Boys were only on The Muppets tv show one time in 1980 or 81 and they just sang 'Little Saint Nick'. But 'Kokomo' IS definantly the song you're thinking of, I think you're just thinking of the wrong place you heard it. I don't think it was the muppets but don't know what it could be. :-)
