what a lot of people neglect to say is that the part of the skin that is removed has a lot of nerve endings in it. That, coupled with literally a lifetime of the head rubbing against the underwear causes circumsized men to have far less feeling in ther penis than uncircumsized men.

Circumcision is the cutting away of the skin that covers the glans (head) of the penis. Contrary to what many answerers have said, this skin is not "extra" - it is an important part of the body that protects the glans from friction and trauma and provides sexual pleasure. Removing it is genital mutilation and should be considered child abuse.

Clipping the extra skin off of the penis. It is mostly done to babies since they have no feeling in that area, but adults who where never circumsized can have it done. Though it will hurt like hell since they can feel it.

a man gets circumized usually at birth. Men are born with skin that comes over the tip of the penis and they cut it off so that there is no excess skin coming over it . Its done because its more sanitary and keeps infections down.
