No. When I was younger I knew I wanted to marry and have children. I wanted to have my children before I was 30. I am now 33 years old and still don't have a child. I met and married the man of my dreams, but somehow I managed to screw that up too. We have been separated for 8 months now. I never really imagined my life being like this. I know things are not always peaches and cream, but I honestly can't figure out exactly where I went wrong. I just hope that this year is better for me and I honestly make the changes that need to be made. Happy New Year!!!

This is a deeper question than I had any right to expect when I logged on here tonight.
To answer you honestly, no, I am not. The heavy onslaught has ground my dearest hopes and aspirations to dust. I am angry and sad. My most pervasive feeling is one of loss. I miss people who are gone forever. Life is a constant struggle to break even in terms of respect and being treated fairly. And as you age, life becomes more and more a struggle to survive the bad things that happen to your body. Once, I was young and strong and fit and nimble. Now, I am fragile.

Not the person that I had envisioned as a little girl. But looking back and the choices I made I turned out just the way I should have.

I'm more "battle scarred" from life than I thought I would be, much less innocent, much more pragmatic, I've developed a life that didn't follow the neat linear path I thought it would and I probably have a non-linear mindset as a result.

No, I'm much better then I ever thought possible. But that is no by my own doing, it is through my faith that I am made better then I could have ever dreamed.

Absolutely. I did everything in my power to become the person I wanted to be. It took hard work and determination, but I got it done and I'm proud of it!

No, but I let go of some goals to become a wife and mother. I don't have any regrets.
