I started out every New Year by listing down all my resolutions. However,my problem is,every year by March or April I find that all my resolutions have been forgotten & I cannot keep any of them. How should I do my resolutions this year so that I can maintain them? THANKS A LOT!!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!

maybe u should only just write down one or two or three resolutions that are really important to you. Put notes up around your house to remind you to keep on at it. And if ur really determined, tell someone ur resolution, they can help you stay accountable.

Maybe your first resolution could be to renew your resolutions on every major holiday? Valentine's, St. Patrick's, April Fool's, etc.

Then your following resolutions should be smaller, something do-able, ie lose 5 lbs. rather than 15. You can always "renew your vow" to lose another 5 lbs. come Valentine's Day.

Just a thought. Good luck, but mostly HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Write them on a note and tape it up on your mirror in the bathroom or by your bed so you won't forget.
