you should be able to just drag the MP3 files into iTunes. It might be a good idea to create a new playlist in iTunes. Then you may need to select that playlist manually to update to your ipod.

Your ipod is basically yet another annoying stress and it has a folder you may get admission to out of your laptop so what you're able to do is replica the completed iTunes folder out of your laptop onto your ipod and out of your ipod flow the folder on your laptop. First be sure your ipod has sufficient unfastened area to try this. Plug your ipod on your laptop and stumble on the folder, which you will locate once you click start up>laptop. ideal click on the ipod folder and press homes to make certain the attainable unfastened area. Then stumble on the iTunes folder and ideal click on it and press homes to make certain the dimensions of the folder. If the unfastened area on your ipod is a larger selection than the dimensions of the iTunes folder then you definately would desire to be waiting to do the flow. you may basically press ideal click and replica the iTunes folder and paste it interior the ipod folder. This technique will take time in case you have lots of song in itunes. as quickly because it somewhat is achieved you may plug the ipod on your laptop and open the ipod folder. I recommend renaming the iTunes folder so once you replica and paste the folder on your laptop's song folder the laptop would not get perplexed on the grounds that there is going to be yet another iTunes folder. do not delete the previous folder as a results of fact it somewhat is related to iTunes. So rename the iTunes folder interior the ipod and replica/paste it on your laptop's song folder. as quickly because it somewhat is achieved you may delete the folder from the ipod. Now what you will desire to do is out of your laptop press and carry the shift button and launch iTunes. A window is going to pop up that asks "decide on iTunes Library" so click the button that asserts "decide on Library". yet another window will open that shows your default iTunes Library. From that window stumble on the song folder and double click the folder you basically renamed and choose the "iTunes Library" report and press ok. Now all your playlists and song would be on your new laptop. i'm hoping this became effective and you're effectual in moving your song. sturdy luck!

You have to use iTunes to transfer, but you can download music elsewhere. Drag your songs from their folder to iTunes and then to your iPod. You may then have to drag to your iPod, unless you've set it to automatically update your iPod. If manual, then drag the music to your iPod.

Don't use Limewire to download music. It is illegal and you need to be in jail.
