Always remove a software by the uninstall program of the software itself. Regarding deleting folder-
Try to check the attributes of the files in the folder, even try to see the hidden files in the folder, change their attributes, then delete then and then try deleting the folder.
If it does not work in windows try deleting them in the dos mode, by the deltree command. (Take care in giving this command)
Try any anti virus software to check whether there is a virus attack or not.
I hope this all steps will make Ur system run smoother.
Wishes for the New Year.

the remove tools provided by spyware almost 100% never removes the software all the way. the remove thing that you see is not very important. try the system restore to un do the damage done.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
System restore is a good start.
to run system restore go to:
1.start
2.all programs
3.accessorys
4. System tools
5. system restore
6. pick a date before the problem
if that does not work you may need some tools to remove the problem.
I would recommend these two programs:
ad aware:
http://dw.com.com/redir?pid=10399602&merid=69274&mfgid=69274
avg free:
http://free.grisoft.com/softw/70free/setup/avg75free_432a861.exe
with these two tools you can fix most problems.
don't go looking for a "white hat hacker" odds are that active x object is just spyware or at worst a virus. You don't want to give anyone full remote control of your computer if you don't know them

you just have to delete that folder, if that folder can be deleted, you have to find the root of that file, and try to delete it..from there..
and if it's still can be deleted, TRY TO ASK HELP FROM WHITE HAT HACKER, they will help you to remove that message, with remote computer..their computer will connected to your computer..and they will do the hard part for you..white hat hacker is a hacker that do hacking for goodness, and helping people...try to find them with google, the key word is: "white hat hacker".
