Im mean why cant we be one day ahead of china who decided that china would be a day ahead?

China is not on another day, they simply start their day a few hours ahead of us. This occurs because of an invention called the "International Date Line." That north-south line is west of Hawaii. The global day starts west of the date line, proceeding west across Europe and North America.
