A question of relocation?

I say in an earlier post of paperwqork to live/work in the fils? can someone enlighten me on the procedure? Gonna be there in april 07 for a long time. thanks in advance.

Yea,,fils is for Philippines.

Foreign visitors are allowed for 21 days in the Philippines. We can file visa waiver for another 38 days then visa extension for another months. If you will work here, working visa can apply or or residence visa is married to Filipino

Where is the "fils"? Is that some Aussie or Euro term for the Philippines? If so, just check with immigration requirements with the Philippine government.
