To be Honest it would be in India amongst so many friends and dear ones, celebrating in the street with crackers, lights, and colorful costumes with glittering bangles and ankle bracelets that ring.and feeling the intense tradition, love, culture and passion only found in the Land of mystique.Of course anywhere there is a good party on will do as well! bloom where you are planted!!!!!!

There is not one place I would want to spend the New Year. I would have to say it would be awesome to jump from time zone to time zone to ring in the new year so many different times in so many different cultures!
But otherwise New York would be a blast!!!!
