Well, you need to download an empulator off the web or off of limewire or kazaa. Then you either go online (or Kazaa or limewire) and download the rom for the emulator. There are all sorts of emulators of consoles. But there is yet to be a PS2 emulator

try limewire. i got my snes mod thingy where i can play all sorts of snes games on the pc. just type in "snes.exe" under programs and you should be able to get it.
