It sounds like you have a winner with the posters for your girl name of Elizabeth. In my opinion I like it the best out of the 3. You have a few other ways to address her as well like, Lizzy or liz or beth and even Liza ( don't like that way) As for the boy I love the name William but don't care for the name Billy. Just say the names and when you do think of your baby being in your arms and what would sound best to you. At least you have it narrowed down to 3, I am having a girl and I cannot even think of one that I like. Good luck in your choice.

Adrian. It sounds up to date but not trendy, and doesn't have any religious associations (Samuel is Biblical to me, William is forgettable .. though I like both of those too)
Elizabeth. Liz is my favorite short form for Elizabeth. The only problem I have with Elizabeth is that it has a strong impression of being "white" -- not that being white is bad, but just that it has any strong race association at all. I'd use it regardless, though; it's a nice name, very safe and elegant. I would have picked Cassie, if Cassie were short for Cassia or Cassandra. Cassie alone is too informal for my taste, although I like it very much, it sounds cool. And Samantha is also nice but Sammie Lou sounds too provincial to me.
