No. From everything I have read on his regime Fidel will die and his brother will take control. I've read that his political views are much the same as that of Fidel's only not as brutal. I don't believe he approves of arresting or killing dissidents. I guess we will see in short order.
Unless of course the people of Cuba are quietly planning an overthrow again.
Only time will tell.
The next nightmare for America will be Iran or North Korea.

He never was a nightmare for the Americans. The Americans were a nightmare for the Americans if they only knew it.
