emulator psp?please help?

where am i suppose to put the emulator and also where do i put the games? what folder?

The emulator goes in your game folder, and the ROM goes into the ROM folder, or if you don't have a ROM folder it goes just inside the emulator folder. I'm assuming you have a 1.5 version because that's the only version that you can run emulators on.
