Yes, I say God Bless you when anyone including a stranger who sneezes because little do they know their heart stopped beating for a second. It's up to them to acknowledge you or not.

Yes. They dont have to say thank you, but its sort of a tradition to say bless you or god bless you when ANYONE sneezes

I always say "Bless You". Sometimes I get a thank you, sometimes I don't. Sometimes the stranger looks at me like I'm crazy.

Yes and Yes, although someone got mad at me once for saying so, and told me God didn't exist. I told them that I wish that God would bless them anyways.

I have heard someone say to me Sorry when I sneezed. I thought that was a little weird.

NO!! When a stranger sneezes near me I say "fuch you"
If I am in a bad mood, instead of thank you I say "fuch you very much"
