I plan to only smoke outside and eventually maybe even quit smoking. But smoking out of the house/car is my resolution this year. Gotta start somewhere.

Weight lift and actually get some muscle on me. Also I want to eat healthier.
My major goal it to help my dad stop drinking, or smoking, or both.
