On September 27, Wecht announced on CNN's Larry King Live that Daniel died from a lethal combination of Zoloft, Lexapro and methadone that led to cardiac dysrhythmia.

I think he just took too many antidepressants without realizing the mixture would be so deadly. I don't think anything suspicious went on, just a horrible accident. It's sad.
