It is much harder for me to be loved. I want people to get close..... but do I let them? I guess I'm afraid they won't like what they see. But do I ever give them a chance to decide? Not always.
But I'm such a hypocrit because I love delving deep into a person's soul and learning everything there is to know about them. I rarely find a person I don't care for and I adore most all that I meet. I find it easy to love.
But something has made me feel that I am not easy to love... so I put up walls when someone gets too close. Man I wish I wouldn't do this! *sigh*

I think it's harder to be loved. To love someone /something .....either it happens or it doesn't; it's a process that is involuntary...comes natural. To receive love is sometimes difficult because of hurts from our childhood or past relationships. It's hard to open your heart up if you never learned to in the first place, or if you were emotionally injured at some point in a relationship. Receiving love is a more vulnerable position ... but that's just my opinion.
