ironically, you cant measure it by yourself.
Happiness is measured by the extent of
your benevolence through others...
the more you make others happy,
the more you become one.

I guess having an environment with people having a positive attitude towards life and being happy always can make a happy working environment

In my opinion,i think that happiness cannot be measured in this world.Actually happy is very simple and very hard in the same time.Somebody use his whole life to pursue happiness but they cannot find it.This is because they are too greedy and not contented with what they have while someone found happiness easily,this is because they treasure everything they have.Happiness is in our own hand and we have to catch it tightly because money can buy many things except happiness.Happiness only appear in a sincere heart.

That depends on the people, not everyone is happy and they may inhibit your project because they enjoy being miserable because they hate working. But it you want to try go for it Gunga Din. But I think you do not need to try that hard. Just do your job and be pleasant to others and ignore the small stuff. After all are you going to live at your job?

happiness can't be measured but you can make the work environment enjoyable by having fun in everything you do! and watch this one film its name is "fish" and you will understand what i mean! good luck =]

be satisfied with what you have. thats how you can make a happy enviorment. happiness is measured in a person's contentment. if that person is contented, that means he is happy. different things make people happy. for a mom her happiness lies in the happy eyes of her children, for a model diamonds make them happy, for the politician money makes them happy and for a hobo a warm house and hot meal makes them happy.so you cannot pin point happiness. it is different for everyone.

no one is happy all the time, but you can try to be happier at work because a smile is contagious if people see you being happy then maybe there day might brighten up a little.
