They will hound you none stop from letters in the mail to phone calls...finally they will put it on your credit score causing it to go down.....I learned this the hard way when I was younger....its wise not to do it, but if you must keep track of it so eventually you can pay it off. Your credit score in this country is almost as important as breathing.

You're off to a bad credit report. Bill collectors start calling tiring to get that money. But will be a bad credit rating in the future for the rest of your life it never comes off there. That credit report is ordered by everyone you try to get credit from. Car dealerships, department stores etc.

First, if you used a credit card, they already paid and you will have to pay the credit card back. If you didn't use a credit card and they send you a bill and you don't pay, the bill will be turned over to a collection agency and it will hurt your credit worse because after you don't pay in the first thirty days it is already on your credit report as "late pay" don't make it worse for yourself.

what theedge62 said.......Also, you will probably have charges for fraud and depending on the cost of the item, may do jail time...above a certain $$ amount, this is considered a felony.
