Blackberry Pearl for Cingular?

i need help, this will be my first smartphone or blackberry whatever you want to call it. I need to know this is you buy the blackberry pesonal plan will you be getting minutes with that plan. or will they give you internet access with the pesonal minute plans. HELP!!!!!

Yes, read the plan then get the features that you want. call their customer service to explain anything that is not clear.
