You are too young to be on blood pressure medication. You should be getting cardio exercise every day. It is possible to drink too much water, but highly unlikely. Do not drink distilled water; it contains no minerals so will stabilize by taking them from your body. Drink filtered water or even tap is ok.

You THINK you have high blood pressure? Stop being your own doctor and have it checked out by a professional. By the figures you quote there is nothing wrong with your BP. There are a lot of factors to be taken into account and BP fluctuates all during the day.
As far as drinking too much water is concerned: I suffer from kidney problems and the nephrologist (kidney specialist) has told me to drink at least 3 liters of water a day. Last week I spent a day in hospital and the Dr. there told me to increase the amount.
Give up worrying at your age before you are a hypochondriac.
Google: Dr. Mercola and do some looking around.

Unless the water is going into your stomach with extreme pressure, you will not be able to die from drinking water. If you drank more than the capacity of your stomach, it would reject the water, and you would vomit it up. You can rupture your stomach from eating too much, but even then, it is extremely difficult to do. Your normal body function would reject the food, and you would again vomit it up. So unless you want to make yourself throw up, stop drinking water. See a doctor about your blood pressure problems. There is good medication to keep it at a normal, or almost normal rate.

That story came from the Emerald Isle, where a man actually died from drinking too much water. He drank 8 gallons per day for 2 weeks before he expired. I don't think you have anything to worry about on that account.
Purifying yourself with a water flush works best if you fast along with it, for a day or so.

"When you read about people who die or get kidney damage "from drinking too much water" you are only hearing half of the story. The other half of the story is often overlooked. These people die or are seriously injured internally from over-hydration with insufficient replacement of sodium, which is called dilutional hyponatremia."

Eat foods low in sugar, salt and fat. Healthy diet will show decent results in a decent amount of time.

You can die from hypervolemic shock. You already have high blood pressure, and you want to overhydrate too?
STOP.
There are these cool people called doctors who are very helpful. Sometimes hot nurses work with them as well. Go see them.

Its ok at the rate you are going. I would stop arround the 2nd liter though. Drinking two much water, enough to fill your body without urinating, can drown you enternally.
