Harry Potter people wanted!!?

Question

What do you think will happen in the next Harry Potter book? And if you want talk all about harry Potter because I want to know.

The next book!! I am so excited! I bought a t-shirt that says "accio book seven", I can't wait to wear it like, at least once a week!

Anyway, my theory is that the book will open with a short stint with the Dursleys. Bill and Fleur's wedding will be shortly after, I wonder if Percy will be there?? I think that the wedding might be attacked. Now, as for Harry to go to back to school, I think he will. (now, I stole this part from mugglenet.com) I thought he would anyway, but, the guy on mugglenet suggests that Dumbledore will have either left instructions ahead of time with someone to make sure Harry gets there, or his talking portrait will. I thought he would go back because I think a horcrux is there. Voldemort placed his horcruxs in places that were important to him and Hogwarts is definitely an important place for him. I am praying that his scar is not a horcrux, but, I am still iffy on if he will die. JKR said in an interview that the two-way mirror will come into play, that Alberforth Dumbledore will have a bigger role, and hinted that yes, Snape may have had a crush on Lily Potter, ( I am wondering if that has anything to do with Dumbledore trusting Snape explicitly).

And yes, I do think Snape is a good guy, I think he is going to die in order to save Harry. My big hope also is that when Bellatrix dies--hopefully Neville will be the one to do it--his parent's will snap out of their craziness. Of course, Hermione and Ron will finally smooch and get it all out of the way...finally, but, they will be that annoying couple that fights all the time. (we all know one of those types)

anyway, if you just can't get enough of Harry and want to discuss it at length, there are about 50 myspace groups, I am a member of a few of them and they really discuss Harry Potter all of the time. If you have a myspace page, just hit the groups icon at the top of the page and enter his name in search...tons of groups show up and you can view the group before you decide to join in case they don't talk about anything relevent.

Harry won't die. At least he better not. I'd be very disappointed in JKR if she did that. Harry's scar isn't a horcrux. I think snape will turn out as good. I've always liked snape. Even after he offed albus. I've got a feeling sirius might be back. No one knows what exactly what's on the other side of that veil. I hope he will. I'd like to see more of Dobby. I've always like that lil guy. As far as Potter and girlfriends go, i hope him and ginny doesn't get back together. I never thought they should have been a couple in the first place. I'm personally hoping a new female character will be introduced. I think the Dursleys will play a larger role in this one. Or at least Petunia. Although I know this won't happen, I wouldn't mind for malfoy to switch sides. Him and potter's gang never saw eye to eye but like we saw in the sixth book. he didn't have it in him to kill dumbledore so maybe theres a soft side deep down that makes him come around. Or at least be an ally.

I was a bit disappointed with the title of the seventh book. It could have been better. I've got a bad feeling this book isn't gonna as good as expected. But oh well we'll find out this summer. ;)

I think Voldy and Ron or Neville dies

Harry is NOT a Horcrux.

I think Harry will live, and he willl grow up and live a happy peaceful life in fictionland. The kid deserves it.

Dumbles is really dead.

Jo has confirmed that Dumbles is truly dead. She also established that once someone dies in the wizarding world, they can not be brought back to life.

Snape is loyal.

The name of the next book is "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows."

I looked up Hallow in the online Webster dictionary. It means to make holy devoted or venerate. It's opposite is to desecrate.

When I ran the Microsoft Thesaurus is gave me consecrate or make holy.

Sounds like maybe it is referring to deatheaters or dementors. Possibly Jo is referring to the death eaters as a deadly cult.

It could also be referring to the Horcruxes. I think it makes sense that anything that hold a part of a soul (even ol' Voldy's) could be considered sacred. The fact that the Horcruxes could only be made by killing someone could be the reason for the "Deathly." We also know from HBP that destroying a Horcrux can be dangerous (remember Dumbledore's hand).

Also, James and Lily made their home in Godric’s Hollow, which is quite close to hallow. It would be poetic justice if Voldy died where he killed Harry’s parents.

I think the portrait of Dumbledore which hangs in McGonagall's office will be central to the plot.

I also think Harry will kill Voldemort, and survive to become an auror, mopping up the Death Eaters. He may also go head to head with the Malfoys, father and son.

I think Harry will marry Ginny, Ron and Hermione will marry, and therefore Harry will be an in-law of the Weasleys and be able to forget the Dursleys altogether.

I also think Neville and Luna Lovegood will be a couple.

Harry is going to find out he is heir of Griffyndore. He will find the Hourcruxes and destroy them one at a time. His scar will be a Hourcrux and last one to be eliminated. Some good people (I think Hagrid) along with some bad guys (Both Malfoys) will die. Lastly, Snape will reveal that he had a binding agreement with Dumbledore and he lived up to his word in Killing the headmaster. Lastly, Harry will triumph over the Dark Lord, but he will lose the use of something...like his legs.

This is what I think:

The prophecy could be for either Nevelle or Harry. So I think that Harry's scar is a Horcrux and Voldemort will kill him and Nevelle will kill Voldemort.

I think Neville will definitely play a bigger part... I think he may be one of the horucruxes (sorry for the spelling there). I like Ginny and Harry but I don't think it will work out. Unfortunately I think Harry will die, as will Voldemort and many others. I would love for Sirius to come back, but I doubt it. I think Dumbledore is gone... it would be a little sappy for him to come back and I don't think JKR is like that... although I definitely miss him. I would like Lupin and Tonks to get together. Someone else said Neville will kill Bellatrix and snap his parents out of the craziness.... THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!!!! I personally like the Ron/Hermione mix and yeah, they are annoying, but it's like a real relationship... not one of those lovey-dovey-sappy romances.
(BTW does anyone know the release date? there was a rumor it was 7.7.07.... which would have been awesome, but I heard it was just a rumor)

i fricken LOVE harry potter book..so dont know why all em ppl saying ALL their SHIZ bout it..
anways, i heard that Harry ll die...
its gonna be realy sad if he deos, but then theres also NEVILLE
he could hav been the one the prophecy was talking about...
i DONT know..hmmmm..
but then if VOLDEMORT dont die, then the series couldnt come to an end

Personally, being a Snape lover, I hope he eithers turns out to be good, or I hope he finishes Harry off... :Grins evily: I would prefer the latter.
