There is a large cirlce of clouds, a prefect circle. The moon seems to be in the exact center, and i was wondering what its called and what causes it?

That's a moon halo. It's caused by hexagonal ice crystals in the atmosphere. It probably won't last too long - enjoy it!

nits the edge of the moon's atmosphere it is almost always visible...yes it does look like clouds but studies show that it is the magnetic pull of the moon's northern hemisphere.
its in the center because there is the same amount of magnetic force everywhere in the moon's atmosphere...the magnetic pull also repels the metallic waste in the air as the moon revolves around the earth. thus making there be a perfect circle around the moon also known as Phonosiotitan the great Knight of the sky.

You are seeing the moon throught the atmosphere of the Earth. Whatever is between YOU and the moon has a visual effect. Moisture in the atmosphere, ice crystals even smoke can make the moon have a halo, look red or even blue.

Moisture in the air causes light to refract. If there was also much pollution, the circle would be colored, usually orange.
