All you people that aren't happy with their bodies are annoying and we don't want to hear about it any more!
Its simply loosing weight, but you should talk to your doctor before starting your diet.
Eat healthy, eat right proportions and exercise 3-4 times a week for a least 30 minuets.


P.S. Anorexia and bulimia are not healthy ways to loose weight!!!

Force your body to maintain your energy as muscle instead of fat through exercise and weight training. Reducing calorie intake quickens the process, but won't work on its own.

Do lots of cardio to burn the fat & eat healthier foods in smaller portions spread out through the day

You don't want to be skinny...In shape is better than skin and bones...workout at the gym and eat right.

Live a healthy lifestyle. Not a lot of junk food, no drugs or alcohol, and plenty of excercise.
