have the man pay dowry to the girls parents before marriage..
lets say if u have an interracial relationship with a girl from this culture. u will still be payiing the dowry right?
just your honest opinion or anyone plz.

I don't think a man has to pay if it isn't part of his culture, but on the only hand it would depend on how much he loves this girl and respect her culture as well and pay the dowry. There has to be an understanding of both the cultures before the relationship gets too serious, and NOT TO PUT EACH OTHER DOWN as to who is right or wrong, but to come up with an agreement as to what both will do...it has to do with respect.

pay the dowry because that is that girls culture and he should respect that part of it. Now if the girl was the one from the "no dowry" culture then the guy shouldn't have to worry about it. If his culture requires her to kneel on the wedding day teh she too must respect that part of his culture once married they can do whatever they want in their household. Some things have to do with respect for ones background or upbringing and culture. My bros' wife is Japanese and her culture is that she has to show that she can handle her home without help and my bro and i try to tell her that he can help but she insists so we respect that.

i don't think a man from a different culture should have to pay a dowry if that is not his belief.
