Dom is nice for really good occasions. Kobel or Cook's is great for tonight...for everyday Champagne; Andre is fine...I use it to make Mimosas in the summer. : )

I don't have a favorite brand, But, I like Brut and Cold Duck. As well as Asti Spumanti.

Does it matter? They all taste better the more you drink it, even if you mix it with something you don't know anything about..:)
