Is anyone else's cellphone acting funny?

just wondering mine is.I can't dial out since 12am

With this of course being New Year's, expect slowdowns on the Net, traffic AND cellphone service(s). Espicially the latter, where MILLIONS of emo / alternative rock / retro-nerdy teens will ALL be busy on the lines, either chatting or TEXTING each other.

With this given, that may be your cellphone's problem.

This is called overloading of Network.
Every year at 12:00 am on the 1st iit happens.
