where to buy concord grapes?

I grow Concord grapes and they are ripe around late September early October. I've seen them for sale at local farmer's markets and even at Super Walmart in the grocery section.

Did you ever find a source for concord grapes? I am looking for the same thing and finding nothing but vines.
