It depends on what you're looking for. I'm guessing an education. I don't know what you want to study, or where you're located, but Washington University in St. Louis is good, from what I hear. However, I prefer McKendree College in Lebanon, IL. which is a few miles East of St. Louis as an excellent school. It has also been listed the last several years as one of the top 100 best buys in American higher education. I know they especially care about their students even after they graduate.

Never been to either, but, Ive heard Washington U. Hosp. can't be beat.
