I am not sure. I think if they were someone open to being hypnotized, and gentle sugestion under hypnosis helped them with other areas/problems, maybe... but I think self confidence has more to do about mental health than suggestion could completely overcome.

You can for a short while,but the moment the hypnotist stops the whammy ure back to ure normal self,as confidence comes from under you,NOT by a commander who is urging you to imagine.

I would think so. See www.wendi.com for some interesting info. I can't vouch for it though, I'm worried about paying $50 for something that might not totally work. But it may be worth it to you.
