What's the stability order (strongest to weakest) of scale tones for a minor scale?

In a major scale, the strongest to weakest scale tones are 1-5-3-6-2-4-7. This is well known, but I can't find the related info for the minor scales. Also is the order different for the three minor scales (natural, harmonic, melodic)?
