random chance, there are bodies and plants in the solar system that go both ways, as far as orbits are concerned though, at the formation of the solar system all the mater was going in the same direction, so as the planets formed they continued in that direction

Conservation of momentum.
In general, when the disk of matter formed that ended up being the sun and the various planets, it started to rotate in a specific direction. When the Earth coalesced from that, it picked up a certain amount of momentum. And, thus, that's why it spins the way it does.
Well, sort of. There are also other things that affected the Earth. For example, the body that resulted in the Moon being created. Lots of little and big chunks of matter hit the Earth. And thus, we rotate the way we do.

I really don't know. But to find an answer, I would first look at the other planets to see if they spin the same direction as earth. If we all spin the same direction, well, that's a clue to something, isn't it? Sorry I didn't have an answer.

In my opinion i think when the planet that collided with earth that created the moon it probably started the earth spinning much like smacking a basketball just right to spin it on your finger

You know. If it did spin the other way, you'd still be asking this question.

Left or right are the same, except for vectors.
God must have chosen one of the two.
