Well, doubts exist you were one of those 400 or more freezing campers who slept out all night in front of Wal-Mart and snagged (for about $600) one of what.....only eight sold.....Sony PS 3 game consoles? So, you likely bought the PS 3 for about $2,220 on Ebay. And now, your overpriced/overrated Sony PS3 pretty much seems useless.

Contacting the seller is out: they don't want to answer your calls/e-mails. And turning it in to Wal-Mart is out: they won't replace it, but will GLADLY put the $$$ back in to the SELLER'S CREDIT CARD (meaning you're out cold.....BIG TIME, bub!!!)

Feel free to scream in 5.....4.....3....2....1.....: go for it now!

Hey.....all is NOT lost here: You can try phoning or emailing Sony for tech support ideas.....OR....and this is a LONG SHOT....

Log onto www.suggestafix.com and hope someone has a PS 3 discussion board there, that may have the solution to your PS 3 problem.

It sounds like your connection is really slow. If you don't have any problems downloading from the Sony Store or browser then it could be the Sony site. If all your downloads are slow then the problem is with you or your ISP. If you are using wireless try changing or setting your password, someone could be stealing your wireless. [edit] When you show your connection strength it is only to your router, not the internet as a whole. If your PS3 was having connection problems it would drop your connection or give DNS error messages. The fact it isn't suggests a bandwidth issue. Have you perhaps exceeded your usage agreement and are currently restricted?
