I thought it was real. I was so sleepy and tired. I wanted to get up but i cant. I know i just dossed off, knowing within me that somebody was in my bed looking at me.

Rest easy, you just feel that you are being watched, I don't know if in a bad way or a good way, what kind of vibes did you get from the man? Happy New Year!

the question you should be asking is "how did you feel about this person". You cannot really interpret dreams just on visual alone (for example, i might dream of a bat, you might also dream of a bat. You might like bats and i might be scared of them so the dream will have different meaning to each of us).

So, i ask you, were you:
Happy
Curious
Scared
Nervous
Excited
Turned on
Freaked
that this person was in the room with you and then think about what this means to you. Was the person someone you recognised or felt familiar with? could you see their face or was it blurry?

if you are really interested in the psych of dreams, forget the dream books and study Jung and Freud instead. Good luck with this.

It might be someone who was dreaming about you, astral projecting to you without intending it; someone doing it on purpose to watch your reaction; a projection of your own fears. It could be sleep paralysis, and you are aware of the usually unseen world during the experience, and whoever it is who sits on your bed simply wants a witness to his existence. If someone is astrally projecting to you, to dominate you in some way, that is destructive to you and best not to give him any attention, response, and especially, emotional response--specifically fear. Those jerks feed on fear. Connecting with him is unwise. Ignore him and he'll get bored and leave you alone, if the intrusion is in fact deliberate by someone living in this world.Tell yourself, I don't believe in what I feel, see, etc. If he is malevolent, you would feel it.

thank goodness I thought I was the only person that this happened to . The guy would sit on the end of my bed every night I couldn't see his face but he would call me and I couldn't move or get up I wanted to but I couldn't It would take my breath away I would fight to get up when that would happen to me at the time my son was a baby and he would be screaming his head off so I know it wasn't me dreaming .I went and stayed at my aunts house and the same thing happened I told my grandma and she said that it was death coming for me since he was all in black .So the church came to my house and blissed it but it still went on and I moved out of there and it was following me . So I moved out of state not because of that and since I moved nothing like that has happened. well if you ever find out post it up and let me know . good luck and don't talk to him or give in.

Dream objects are symbolical. What would a man watching you sleep mean to you?

When you are asleep, you are in a vulnerable state. Do you feel vulnerable when men watch you?

I'm still trying to figure out what a church for werewolves in an old hangar at a local small airport means to me.

it somewhat is a real individual who may well be doing astral return and forth and traveling you on your targets while he sleeps. Pray for him to locate something else to take action as that he would not try this anymore in case you think of that's the case. Or it somewhat is a representation of the male area of your character (the animus). The area it somewhat is energetic, decisive, reliable, and so on. Are you attempting to bury this area of your character and easily coach the female area?

It could have been someone you were thinking about a lot recently like a father or brother or maybe a boy friend.
If you got a bad feeling about it it could have been someone you work with (maybe you don't like) or someone you just met that you didn't like as soon as you met. If this is the case it may be your inner self telling you to be aware.

When I have dreams of persecution or being watched it is always followed by me doing something very assertive. Not everyone is happy about my assertiveness. Are you ready to be assertive?

Have you lost someone very dear to you recently? If so, it may be a visit from the other side.
