"Tae-Bo"
As in the kickboxing workout made famous several years ago through informercials and done a lot by celebrities. Its just a play on words. "kick it"

Tabo is a type of exercise program; Billy Blanks made this popular. They "kick" in Tabo, so Akon was using it as a play on words ("kick it").

It means kick it like Tae bo, the kick boxing exercise program. I think I spelled it wrong
