Which one is better?

which one is better for a country like america and which one is better for a country like iran? and why? 1.a center for research in agriculture2. a center for business research

The US has quite a lot of good research facilities in several states in the two areas listed, but there is no limit to the extent of knowledge in this world. Hence more such institutions would be helpful. I however think that in the US, agriculture has to be more oriented toward development without destroying nature. The emphasis today seems to be to produce more and more, and in the proces, destroy what nature has given.
In the case of Iran or for that matter any other country, agricultural research is absolutely essential, but should be directed to optimum utilisation of land within the constraints of local conditions. Look at what Israel has done in the science of hydroponics and electronic surveillance, where its peculiar threat perception and local geographical factors made these two essential.
Every country needs to identify their most urgent needs in the fields of agriculture. Business research too should take into account the culture built over centuries and integrate it with modern business thought - this too is essential for any developing or under-developed country.

Sorry, but I think America has everything. America has lots of fertile land and top corporations.

But, I think Iran would be better off in business research. It is richer compared to other Middle Eastern nations.
