Right now I'd say Dwight Howard of Orlando, he is a beast when it comes to rebounds and is getting even better on offense. It would be easy to say Rodman was the best all around rebounder ever due to his height and who he beat out to get rebounds. But I'd have to say Moses Malone was the best in his prime. He'd throw the ball up off the backboard and go get it for a dunk because he knew no one but him was going to get the ball.

Wilt Chamberlain. Dennis Rodman was good too. The names of Karl Malone, Ben Wallace and Kareem-Abdul Jabbar come to mind. But I would still go with Wilt the Stilt, the greatest NBA player of all time.

Now- Dwight Howard, he is a young rebounding demon and leads the league statistically.
All-time- Dennis Rodman, he averaged monster rebounding numbers for his size and frame, which says he did it with skill, not for being big and tall.

Rodman did it w/o ever being the tallest guy in the league, just on smarts and intimidation.
D. Lee from the Knicks is amazing at rebounding for his size now...

I don't pay much attention to great rebounders becuase I'm a guard but i've heard Dennis Rodman was pretty good
