Are we talking about the universe and the human race? Definitely I say that God created all of this with a purpose. What that purpose is cannot be known by us until the day we meet face to face.

If you look at the science, the big bang points to the universe having a beginning. The Anthropic Principle states the universe came into existence through a series of cause and effect relationships. These causes were so specific that they could not have possibly been an accident. Therefore, the Anthropic Principle concludes that the universe was created it was not a accident.
As for life, evolution points to an accident but I read somewhere the probability of life coming into existence by an accident is something like 1 in 10 to the power of 57,000 its so rare that it probably wasn't an accident. Scientists have found that new life requires existing life no new life comes from dead life or non-life.
I believe God created the universe and God created life. I am not opposed to evolution but I don't support it either. I believe that evolution is too simplistic.

While playing in the mud in her chilhood God created us accidentally. Now she is a grown up God but she doesnt know what to do with us.
