If you are trying to sell it as adult content for a website, then try http://www.web-legal.com they are a major content provider for adult websites and will resell it for you. . . . you set the price.
As far as value. . . It depends on the quality of the video. . . If it is digital quality, and you sell it (including copyright) then you should be able to get $400 - $500 for it. . . . without the copyright. . . it's worthless - but inorder to sell it, you will need release forms and ID's from all parties in the video. . . The legalities can get complicated.

Theres a business that takes in couples sex video's i can't remmember the name of it but they are in business just for that and you get payed for them and then they are for sale by others who wish to watch average couples makig love rather than the porno people who do it professionally check out the web you will find something for that.
