In your opinion the single best. Keep in mind I am a 17 year old girl. So I am probably not going to be interested in bratz or whatever. Haha.

I guess it depends on what kind of games you like. But some of my personal favorites are:
Metriod: Prime Hunters
New Super Mario Bros.
Super Mario 64 DS
And the new Zelda game looks awesome!

trauma center is decent, but there is one part that i swear it is next to impossible. i was very good at the game, and i couldn't beat this part. 9 aneurisms at the same time, and you had to zoom in and out, and you had like 20 % health go down each burst - IMPOSSIBLE!
mario: partners in time was great
dragonquest heroes: rocketslime is very addictive
harvest moon DS is, in my opinion, the best harvest moon ever made
and the gba capabilities allow you to play what i consider the best game ever made, final fantasy IV advance

Well i personally liked the new super mario bros. and Final fanasy III also that new Zelda game thats coming out this year (2007 that is)
