Counselling, counselling! Communication. Get to the bottom of what's really going on and don't make rash decisions until everything in your life is crystal clear. Mid-life is where most major screw ups that are regretted until death happen, so don't do anything life-changing at this time.

Maybe your "kids" feel the same way about you, but just out of being nice, they've said nothing!
