The usual things: weight, height, blood pressure, temperature, eye, ear, nose, and throat. They will listen to your heart and lungs. They will time your respiration. Sometimes a "stress" test will be involved to measure your heart and respiration at rest and after exercise as well as how quickly you recover from the exercise.
You will be asked if you have any problems, aches, pains, etc. If you complain of pain in your shoulder, some further examination will be made of your shoulder - or whatever.
The biggy that every guy dreads, is the test for hernia (rupture). This is where the intestines protrude through a weak spot in the abdominal wall in the groin area. Doctors seem to have a variety of ways to test. I suspect some of it is to cause sufficient pain to prevent any possible "excitement".
Let's face it, having the testes touched by someone can cause excitement. As an adult, the doctor simply held a testicle in his hand while his fingers examined the wall of the abdomen on each side of the groin area. In junior high and high school, the grip on my testes was painfully firm - not enough to "rack" but enough to be extremely uncomfortable.

Depends on age, usual procedure goes something like this:
1) ask how you feeling
2) Blood pressure, and other common vital signs
3) Check joints, ask you to walk about even
4) Ask you to pull down your pants, where the doctor will cup a testicle and ask you to turn your head and cough once or twice. Repeat for other testicle.
5) if you are older than 18 usually, a hernia check. Wait for the doctors hand to go up your butt.
