Your Mum can't stop her from quitting, unless your friend allowes her to be bullied by her Mum.
If her Mum likes basketball so much, tell her to go play it, failing that, I'll offer a kickboxing match against her Mum, let's see how much sport she likes when a former champion beats her down.

Is this coach a school employee? If so a parent needs to go to see the principal and set this straight. Basketball is a very good activity - in later life you will be glad for the experience. Do not let this coach spoil that. There is something wrong that all players are wanting to quit. This girl's parents may be the ones who should go to the principal.

Dear Christina's Mom,
Please let Christina quit basketball. Her coach is mean. Her friend even quited basketball because of it. I know you don't know me, but you should obviously listen to me because I care about your daughter's welfare.
Sincerely,
Some Stranger from Yahoo

has anyone raised this as a concern with all the senior people ie: Parents, basketball association, someone in charge?
This would be the best thing to do
or get all the parents to discuss and approach the coach or sign a petition to get rid of him

It sounds as if you want Christina to quit because you did so. I think her mother knows best in this case. If you are truly her friend quit trying to tear her in two directions.

i think of you could've ordinary that the competition squad replaced into going to be greater durable. The donning adventure squad does not ought to artwork as difficult with the aid of fact they are unlikely to be competing in competitions. you're. and because you "begged" to stay on the team, i think of you could shop your dedication to it. existence is approximately accepting which you have duties to human beings, that everybody is relying on you. Your squad is relying on you to be the main suitable cheerleader you would be and to hold them to opposition--what could ensue in case you in basic terms give up? they had ought to alter the finished recurring. you ought to choose a thank you to stability your loves of cheerleading, kin, and friends. And next time, be attentive to what you're entering into before you get into it.
